Breathe. Relax. Laugh. This is probably the simplest prescription for living well in an accelerated age of materialism and stress. Enter Dr. Madan Kataria's Laughter Club International & School of Laughter Yoga:
Anyone can laugh in a group for 15-20 min without depending upon the Sense of Humour, Jokes or comedy. It combines laughter exercises based on Yoga breathing, which turns into real laughter when practiced in a group.Posted by LVX23 at June 3, 2004 01:41 PM | TrackBackOur aim is to create awareness of this new yogic technique of Laughter Therapy all over India and other parts of the world, by setting up more Laughter Clubs and imparting practical training in various techniques of laughter.
